Meet Vester Blues
Vester Blues is a whole week of live music at Vesterhus, our little wine bar on Istedgade. From Tuesday 20 to Sunday 25 October 2026 (week 43), we turn the bar into a music room for six nights straight — blues, jazz, folk and country, doors at 19:30, free entry. See who plays which night and build your own line-up.

Copenhagen’s live-music calendar is one of the best in Europe — the Copenhagen Jazz Festival takes over the city every July, Kulturnattenlights up October, and there’s live music in Vesterbro most weekends of the year. Vester Blues isn’t part of any of them — it’s our own thing — but it’s made for exactly the same crowd: people who’d rather stand shoulder to shoulder in a small room with a glass of wine and a great band than sit in a big hall. If that’s you, October is your month.
